One of the steps there was: Submit Your Blog To popular blog directories.
First items were not really free, but still i've submitted this site completely free in next directories: 

• http://www.ontoplist.com/
• http://www.blogged.com/

OnTopList forced me to define only one category for my blog, while Blogged allowed to select two.

And from now on can watch, what will happen to my site after this.
I'm rather new to submitting sites, the only my win was CloudMade's product Mapzen in DMOZ
